Traits

Your quigar is followed by the ghostly spirits of animals that accompany them. They can vary in shape and size.

Spirit Flames hover around your quigar, they can resemble any wispy shape and be any color.

Your character becomes magically mute, unable to speak physically or magically. You can keep this as a story trait or display it visually with a lack of mouth or stitched mouth.

NOTE: Characters can be mute naturally, this specific brand of muteness is magical in nature. You can have mute characters without this curse.

Your character's body becomes fragmented into multiple pieces. There can be multiple breaks or only one, but there must be a clear break in their body. Your character's temperament may optionally change, causing them to become more wicked.

• The character can become cracked as if ready to break, or become outright torn into pieces.
• There shouldn't be any gore or blood shown.

Your character's face or body parts fade away, revealing bone or torn skin.

The extent of this curse can vary, from cartoony to realistic, only covering one body part, to almost all of it. If the extent of gore becomes too realistic or unnerving, please put a warning!

Your character is accompanied by 2-8 astral arms that either float near them, or are "attached" to the body. They can be any color, and their look can be like the limbs of the species, or be completely different. This effect can be turned on and off.

Those who gain the favor of the Dark Goddess change forever.

Your character's eyes and mouth become wraithlike. The eyes become sinister and flat, and the mouth becomes a jagged maw. These features can glow or emit smoke, and their colors don't have to match.

FIRE PROFICIENCY EXCLUSIVE

Your character's hair or whiskers can come alight, becoming a perpetually burning candle wick.

Your character gains vents along their body. The gaps can leak smoke or pour endless flames.

Your character's body becomes made of stardust, galaxies, or nebulae. They can become encased in an outer ornamental shell with varying looks and presentations.

• The casing can look somewhat robotic, but shouldn't look like actual machinery with cogs or gears
• Casing isn't required, the character can simply just become made of galaxies
• There is no min or max to how much casing or nebulae can be shown.
• Your character should still resemble their species and have their traits or anatomy at least hinted at, unless if other traits or modifiers are in effect.

Your character freezes over, parts of or all of their body becoming glistening ice. You can choose optionally to have a skeleton to show underneath.

Your character grows wicked, gnarled bramble vines all over their body. Parts of their body could also be made out of these vines.

Your character's body changes in some places to become overtaken by wood or branches.

Your mothman's body elongates out into a centaur-like stance. This is usually accompanied by Artist's Hands and Artist's Feet.

Your mothman gains an extra limbs, like an arm or leg.

Your mothman gains an extra head. The traits of the second head can be different to the main one, but you'll need the appropriate items to add the traits.

Your mothman gains 2-6 spiderlike limbs on their body. They can be used to climb and move as well as any other limb.

Your mothman gains features that look like ornate gills or antennae. They're usually found on the head, but they can be there as well as anywhere on the back and tail.

"Looking for that shiny final coat? Metal not shining how it used to in the good ole' days? One slather of this good stuff and you'll be spick and span, shiny and new! ...I advise against drinking this, deary...trust me, I know from err--a friend. Yeah, lets say that, 'a friend.'"

Your character's body either shimmers in places, or has a metallic, iridescent sheen. This can be on the whole body or only parts of it.

Your character's body becomes saccharine, gaining as many of these features as you like:

• edible body
• sugar dust
• whipped fur
• candy coating
• candy drizzle
