You've been struck by schism's trident!

Your character's eyes become hollow, and a heart-shaped hole appears in their chest.

• The eyes and chest hole are often dark, but can be any color.
• The eyes and chest hole often drip or "weep" as if crying perpetually, but this is optional.
• The eyes should remain fairly similar in shape to the character's original version, but the chest hole can be stylized, warped in shape, or otherwise be altered.
