Mothmutation seems to cause the arms to either fuse with the cape and head, or fuse the arms and cape where they typically are. Mothmutation can be either purely cosmetic, or grant the mothman flight capable wings. The texture of the cape arms can be fluffy or feathery. The wings can also extend all the way across the back like a bat's wings, or be split down the back like a bird's wing.
