A mastering over PSI and PSI-like attributes, or emotions. PSI magic involves channeling what makes everyone "human" for lack of a better term. Using this power, you can perform great feats of help, or horrific terrifying nightmares.  With your strong emotions and link to the world, you can even move the world purely with your mind.

Base PSI magic will be as malleable as you want it to be. Its potential aligns with what your heart desires, whether for good or bad. The trouble with mastering PSI is learning to become in sync with others, and even yourself. You may think you know everything about yourself, but do you really?

tier 2

The path to understanding is a winding path, it always curves when you least expect it, there might be random highs and lows. In the end, life is unpredictable, and you have to learn how to go along with this as it happens.

tier 3

Understanding the global heartbeat that links everyone is a path that will never truly end, but you've mastered your powers at least. Now you can work to continue honing your powers or use them as you wish.
