A mastering over water and water-like attributes, or things involving water vapor or states of water. Water magic is usually defensive in nature, but has its offensive uses. Water magic also has its horrifying uses, such as blood magic. Water magic is consistent, reliable, and works best when the user is at a calm state of mind.

Tier 1
Base Water magic is full of potential, but is mostly inert unless moved. To begin to learn it, you have to learn how to work with its flow and either follow its wavelength or teach it to follow yours.
Tier 2
As you attune to and learn to work with the Water, it will only respond more and more positively to you. You may even learn from it as much as it learns from you.
Tier 3
You've mastered the waves and gone with the flow. Between you and Water is a beautiful symbiosis.
