DESCRIPTION: The forest guardian is a shrub, typically 3-5ft in height. Its leaves are pinnatisect and droop downwards off of the stem. The stem and entire body of the plant itself is brown, sharp thorns dotted across the entire surface. The plant, when in bloom, grows a small pink bud, which darkens slightly upon opening fully.

The forest guardian is a remarkable shrub known for its sharp thorns and beautiful flowers... as well as the cycle of rebirth it goes through after flowering. After the pink flowers of the guardian sprout seasonally, the flowers will then turn white and wilt. The plant will lose all its leaves and "die", and the body of the plant becomes grayish. This event never lasts for more than a few months, the plant quickly regains its usual healthy look after and begins anew.
